Erin has completed her MA in Counseling Psychology from North Park University. She received her BA in Elementary Education from Calvin University. She is trained in Child Centered Play Therapy. She provides services for children, early adolescents, parents, and families. Using play therapy and other experiential approaches, she addresses topics such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, stress, trauma, and divorce. She is a strong believer in the importance of play at any age.
One of my biggest passions is working with children and families and helping the family to become a healthier, happier unit. I am a big proponent of early intervention. My hope is that by providing space and using age-appropriate activities, each client will learn and develop positive coping skills that will carry them throughout their lifetime. I feel honored to walk alongside each client as they discover their strength and find the joy of being a unique individual.
