Stacy is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity International University, having received her B.A. in Psychology from North Park University. Her background is in working with diverse populations in community social-service, faith, and disaster relief settings, in addition to a season of full-time parenting at home with young ones. In client work, Stacy believes each person to be unique in presentation and needs. She utilizes a person-centered, integrative approach, including theories such as attachment, polyvagal, psychodynamic, and emotion focused therapy. Her areas of treatment are individual adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, family of origin concerns, relational distress, grief and loss, women’s issues, parenting, and spiritual concerns. Stacy believes the key to quality therapeutic work is found within the safety and depth of relationship. She emphasizes the power of humor, curiosity, and empathy to aide in the loosening of stuck patterns and uncovering hope for change.
Each individual has a sacred story to tell, and I would love the honor to hear yours as we unpack and rebuild in this journey together. Therapy doesn’t need to be a last resort for finding health. Instead, it can be a collaborative space for anyone feeling stuck—perhaps caught in destructive cycles, frustrated within relationships, battling loneliness, or wondering how to find your voice again. Though therapy isn’t a quick fix, it IS a place to engage in deep, rich, and holistic healing if you’re ready to put in the work. Life is hard enough as it is—let’s journey the path together.
