The difficulty of managing the end of the pandemic is still a reality for many. Our current post-pandemic status continues to cause experiences of uncertainty, stress, and challenge. Our world and our communities have been impacted greatly and seem forever changed.

It is clear that Covid-19 infections will continue to occur. If you have a symptom or concern about Covid-19, please follow the current, recommended CDC guidelines, which can be found below, and please inform your therapist prior to your first or next appointment.
