Our desire is to provide a safe and professional environment for individuals to be honest with themselves and others. We will focus on goals you have for counseling, listen to your concerns, and support you as you learn and shape strategies for change.
Common areas of focus for therapy include: Depression or anxiety, marital stress, relationship concerns, conflict, addictions, or grief and loss. In addition, areas of low self-esteem, loneliness, anger or stress can be addressed. The staff at Spring Tree has experience in working with a wide cross-section of life’s issues. If we are unable to help you directly we will attempt to provide referrals for you in areas outside our expertise.
