I view counseling as a journey together towards whole-hearted living. My hope is to help clients explore identity and values and develop tools for personal growth resulting in a greater sense of freedom, richness in life, and joy in the workplace, school, or home. I seek to provide a safe environment where change happens as we access and discover strengths and gifts that each client brings on their journey towards wholeness.
